Introduction:

Hot air circulation industrial ovens adopt noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3-7% of the traditional drying oven to 35-45% of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%. This drying oven is suitable for the material and product hot solidification and dehydrating in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industries and other industries. Such as: crude drug, herbal medicine, plaster, powder, particle, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish and so on.

Main Features:

1. The heat source can be steam, electricity, far infrared, steam + electricity, hot water. Customer can select one of the heating ways in accordance with practical conditions.

2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50~140C, max 150C; electricity or far infrared heating 50~350C. If the drying temperature is more than 140C or less than 60C, need to confirm it in advance.

3. The size of drying trolley and tray is standardized, they can be exchanged each other, drying tray size is 460*640*45mm. We also can make it according to your special request.
